1991 25 HP pee hole stoppage

I have spent hours trying to unstop weep hole from the outlet side; is there an easy way to get to the other side? Pumping througout system as far as can tell other than weep hole.

If you take off the cowling can you see a tube that goes from the block to the pee hole? You should be able to take it off and blow it out.

It flows everywhere but the outlet on the pee hole; I am going to replace the impeller

try blowing the hose up the pee hole, back flush it until the water comes out the foot
