Greetings: I have a 1990 60 HP 3Cyl - Last year it was not running properly- and at times it would quit running totally.Had tune up done. Replaced coils, plugs, and Power Pack Amplifier. Recently have the same problem. I thought it was fuel so I replaced the fuel line.it was not the problem. A mechanic friend did some troubleshooting and found there is no spark. He thinks the power pack needs to be replaced. When it ran, the volt guage read 13 to 14 volts.Is there something that may be causing over charging ? What could cause a power pack to fail after 1 year. I would appreciate any help from you. Thank-You
