What torque pounds are the exhaust manifold bolts supposed to be tightened to?

IF??? you haven't removed them???? DON'T
That can be one of the hardest things to reseal you ever try to do.
The manifold gets hot and has hot water running through it.
The sealing edges sluff off and don't reseal good, the screws don't either.

You can get the block and cover cut down to refresh the sealing surfaces.
