1989 Mercury 9.9 hp, no spark

1989 Mercury 9.9 HP, No Spark
I put the motor away for 18 months, after taking it for a spin and it Started easy, worked great.
I pulled it from storage after the 18 months and NO SPARK.
I removed the RED STOP button from the circuit,
I replaced the STATOR,
I replaced the TRIGGER,
I replaced the CDI,
I tested the two coils,
I still have NO SPARK on either plug.
Now What? What did I miss?

How are you testing for spark?----With plugs on the block ?---During daylight ?----Try using a spark testing device.----Certainly cheaper than throwing parts at it !!
