1989 F9.9SF Oil Seal Replacement

I need to replace the oil seals under my water pump. Do I need to pull the bearing housing to get them out or can I just use my seal puller and pull them out as it is? How do I get the housing out if I need to pull it? I have the Seloc manual but it's not much help.

If I remember the driveshaft has to come out.-----There is a nut on the bottom of the shaft.----So the propshaft also has to come out.----Quite a lot of work , but everything will be inspected .-----Good to go for many years again.
