My 1986 mercury 75hp 2 stroke 4 cylinder outboard keeps having a bad stator. I have put on 3rd one and keep findining no continuity between blue and blue/white wires. First one lasted about 1 year and 6 months. Second one lasted only 6 months. I have replaced switch box and voltage regulater. Also just replaced all 4 coils.
