1986 Evinrude V4 110 HP torque specs

Does anyone have the torque spec info handy for this motor?

Need the Head bolt, the outer jacket, and the thermostat torque recommendations.

Head bolts are 220 / 240 INCH LBS-----And 1/4" bolts are 80 INCH LBS.
