" In neutral position I get full rpm's, in prop position I only get 3,000 rpm's. Have put all new fuel lines from tank to fuel pump, new bulb, all new clamps. "

" I don't see a lot of Suzukis, and we don't yet know if your problem is mechanical, electrical, or a fuel delivery problem, but those motors were pretty advanced for their day. Suzuki advances ignition timing with a throttle position switch (or sensor) instead of using a spark advance arm. Over the years, I've seen nine or ten of these switches fail. Failure of your timing to advance would account for your forty or fifty percent power loss. Of course I'm assuming that you have good compression, clean carbs, etc. (you know what happens when we assume). In lieu of a shop manual (I'd get one from this web sight), I would put an analog ohm meter on the aforementioned switch, move it through its operating range, and see if the circuit opens. Some of these switches only have two positions (high & low). Good luck. "
