1985 75hp value

Hi, I'm looking at buying a fetcher arrowflyte with a 85' merc 75hp. they are asking £1550 ($2600) for everything, would anyone here go for it?

If the motor is running "well" I would place the value on the motor alone at maybe 500 bucks - in the spring when guys are "itchy" to get on the water.

If the boat is sound, the trailer functional and has life left in it and if this seems "reasonable" in your local market, somewhere around 2500 bucks (Canadian bucks that is), sounds ok - maybe a touch high - for what I'm seeing in the pics.

Each locale has different "values" so tough to say with any certainty. In an area where 2 strokes are banned they are worth their scrap value..

In my area that motor will sell for 1000-1300 usd all day long!!!!!
