1985 60HP VRO Johnson vro

Need a diagram on routing of oil lines to 1985 60hp johnson VRO system.

Disconnect the power wires for the VRO, plug the oil line and premix 50:1, then you will have a good running motor for a long time with proper carbs service and other maintenance. I heard stories that VRO was perfected in '88. I've seen up to '04 motors with VRO failure or clogged and led to loss of compression and crack rings more than 1000 times.

I agree with qhn,just do away with it and mix your gas 50;1.I have a 1985 johnson 185 and that is what i ended up doing.I wasted alot of money tryingto fix the VRO.
