Boat and motor have been sitting for quite a few years and I picked it up in hopes of fixing it. The flywheel magnets, spark plugs, plug wires and coil packs all look to be brand new. When turning the engine over I have no spark at any of the coil packs. The stator and timer have been tested good (per the previous owner). Cranking battery is new. I am not an outboard mechanic and any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
