Hello new to the forum. I have a 1983 40 hp that won't start. I replaced fuel pump waterpump and clean carb will crank and fire but not run. My battery box filled with water after a rain could that have screwed anything up in the electrical. I have spark and fuel. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
