We did stuff to the fuel line so I don't know if we messed some stuff on there when we did that. We got this boat that has been sitting in the muck of northern Wisconsin. We tried to start it up for the first time and to our suprise fired up right away, but the problem was it was leaking fuel. We replaced the fuel line so we tried to fire it up again. Flywheel doesn't want to spin. We have been drill starting it but if we wanted to pull start it we couldn't because the pull cord doesn't retract. I don't know much about boats so help would be appreciated.
