1978 Evinrude 115 hp

I have a 1978 Evinrude 115 horsepower I am not getting spark to cylinders 2 & 4 but I do get spark to 1 and 3 , I have tested the coils by switching the ones that do work to the ones that didn't work and the ones that didn't work started getting spark and the ones that were working before didn't get spark so I put them back to the way they were and they are good I have changed out the power pack and still no have no spark on cylinders 2 & 4 . Can someone please help me in the right direction?

Sensor coil or wires from them. There are two sensors, each firing two cylinders.
