Can't figure why won't turn over with plugs or compression gauge in?
Motor turns over fine with nothing in the cylinder holes.
Is there a timing to set on this motor? It will turn over like one rotation then stops then turns over again one rotation. I have video of this if need.
New and old starter does save thing.
Battery is good.
Selinoid is new did it with old one and new one.
Has spark.
I've checked the key way it's fine also.
I'm not trying to start it just yet, just trying to get it to turn over then try and start it

check your electrical connections. Clean all to shiny brite

Done all that not sure what else to clean, cleaned with wire brush and connections.
Any suggestions on what else to clean? I'm also on Facebook group trying to figure out as well

Did you load test the battery ?-----Try booster cables directly to the starter.----That would bypass the cables and electrical bits on the motor.----A new factory starter or some other brand ?

Not factory but new
Battery was tested
Done to direct to starter

Old starter did the same, nothing had changed except couple new parts selinoid and starter.
I have the old one and parts to rebuild it
