1978 115hp Chrysler

Hi, motor stalled out on first run of season. No spark. Customer replaced module,coil and trigger unit in distributor all new from CDI. Still no spark. Any ideas? How available are stators? Costly? Motor and boat are mint.....well worth repairing. Help please! Thanks, Tim

Check the key in the flywheel.Magnet on the flywheel OK? J

Hi, pls help with setting timing too. Stator, flywheel and key all ok. Forgot to mark belt before removing. Help appreciated. Thanks Tim

i just had the same prob with mine.i pulled the flywheel an cleaned the magnets and inside the fly wheel.i used a dremel tool with a small wire wheel to clean off some rust.i now have spark but its out of time
