1976/77 Transom Bracket swap question

I have a 1976 Johnson 115 that runs great, but no power tilt trim. I acquired a 1977 Johnson 115 parts motor that has low comp in one cylinder, but good power tilt/trim. I want to swap my good 1976 motor onto the 1977 bracket. It seems I need to remove 2 upper bolts(#65) and 4 lower bolts(#21) to start. How much more to it is there? Or would it be easier to swap powerheads. Thanks.
