Hey folks I have been trying to get the linkage set correct when putting lower unit in. Ive measured and all but will not be correct after install. Does not shift fully into the gears??

Is the motor running when it wont shift? If it is not running try turning the propeller by hand and shifting.

I finally did get lower end in. Seems to be shifting correct. The adjustment kept changing when gping in. I did notice that sometimes i have to move the prop a little to wiggle into the correct position?? Im still trying to get it started. It starts and runs...before lower service and new cables. Sync and lynx now and hope it goes into gear correct etc....
