1966 20hp Chrysler

I have a 1966 20601 20 HP outboard and I was wondering if it is an electric start. Right no I have to take the hood and and wrap the string and pull it to start it. It looks like there are wires not conected to anything that could conect to a starter. Can anyone help shed some light on the situation? Here are pictures of what I have.

Did you rebuild this one? Where did you find parts?
