" Don't know ser# or mod# of above motor but I need a fuel hose for it. Belongs to a neighbor of mine and he is almost out of hose, as he has refitted it so much over the years. It is the double hose that just fits on the motor and fuel tank with clamps. It doesn't have a squeeze bulb, the primer is on the tank. Also does anyone know why 2 hoses? Does one furnish air and the other gas? Does anyone know where I can find it? "
 
the primer fills the carburet

the primer fills the carburetor with fuel.When the motor starts it pumps air into the tank.The fuel is now under pressure and flows to the carburetor byitself.

If I can find the hose, would it be a problem to make it about 6ft long so the gas tank can be set in the front of the boat to distribute the weight on the boat? Or would that be too much fuel hose?
