" The warning buzzer on my 96 Ocean Pro goes off as soon as I turn the ignition switch, even without the engine running. What should I look for? Thanks "

"Jay.... On the back of the horn, remove the "Tan" wire. If the beeping continues, the horn is faulty.

If on the other hand, the beeping stops, something is grounding out. Finding out what would be a matter of elimination. Have the horn beeping, then one by one, start disconnecting the tan sensor wires at the engine.... the heat sensor wires in the cylinders heads, the oil tank lead sensor wire, the VRO sensor lead at the VRO, and the fuel restriction sensor at the vacuum switch.

Which of your 4"system check" lights come on with that alarm??? 1996 and newer were required to have "system check"
