Chris Craft KBL carburetor balancing

I have a 1955 KBL engine with 3 carburetors. I have never tuned the carburetors since getting the boat 10 years ago. I can't find anything on how to balance and tune the 3 carburetors. Does anyone have a procedure on how to go about doing this? I have a Unisyn tool but have never used it.
 
A few years ago I found a YouTube article illustrating how to tune a Chriscraft engine with three carburetors. It utilized three water bottles monitoring the vacuum created in each of the three carburetors. I thought I saved that YouTube, but I cannot find it, but it is a simple matter of Attaching a vacuum line to each of the three carburetors, running it into a bottle and can connecting the top of the bottles to each other.
