Can't Post New Thread on this Boat Hardware

I tried twice to start a thread yesterday and today and they did not post. What's the story? How do I contact administrators or moderators? My posting had a link and three of my pictures.
 
The Title does not lead anyone to what i want to show, but anyhow I'll try a bunch of tests here to see what exactly is blocking my starting that thread. And here we go
