2000 nissan 140hp 2 stroke!!! wont start

i was on the water riding and the motor just quit. no smoke noises and if i grab the crank with plyers it will move completly lost at this point HELP please
 
We need more information to help you. What is the exact model? Under what circumstances did it stall? It could be as simple as running out of fuel, or as unusual as an ignition problem. Do you have the Factory service manual? It needs to be diagnosed to be repaired. Diagnosis requires the manual as a guide, and someone with mechanical skills and ability to test whatever may have failed.
