Yamaha F 15 two strokechoke problem

"After my F15 (15hpr., allmost new) has been stored for half a year it is not running properly after start up again.
Starts ok, but even warm needs at least half Choke. Lost a lot of power. Runes not "clean".
Have checked and cleaned whole fuel-line and carburator. No dirt, no corosion, no water.
Can someone help me with adwise?

"The carby needs to be stripped and blown out with compressed air, check the float level.
You can check if all the passage ways are clean by spraying carby cleaner with a tube in nozzel through them. Once running adjust the low speed mixture screw."
