My montgoery ward 5np cuts out on me

the motor is hard to crank i

the motor is hard to crank i have to spay starting fluid in it and when it cranks it bogs and then starts to run good then just when you think its going to run right it cuts out on me .then i start it up and it does the same thing would someone please help me out on this

motor. Will dry gas and oil on the inside ofmotor. Tom
