Anyone have any idea if and h

Anyone have any idea if and how I can convert my carbs to fuel injection and is it practical? I've already done elec ign. conversion and looking to update (more reliable)

Fuel injection is an advance in that it is a more precise metering of fuel. This is especially good toward pollution control in automobiles. As for reliability, you might actually be losing.

"Is money a factor? If not, go for it. Holley and Edelbrock might have systems for your 440's. If you're looking for bang for the buck, stick with carbs. The break even point on saved fuel is many, many running hours away, if it's there at all.

A well-maintained fuel system and carbs are as reliable as anyone could ask for. Many of the things that stop a carb'd system will also stop a fuel injected engine. And guess which one is cheaper to fix?
