Need to change the water pump

Need to change the water pump and want to do it myself. Is it as easy as it seems to pull the 4 bolts on the lower unit you are there or are there other hidden issues involved.

"There's a bolt under the trim tab and also one right in front of the trim tab. You will also need to disconnect the shift rod at the clevis under the bottom carburetor. I'd suggest you obtain a service manual at:
