How do I clean out the weephole

I'm geting barely a dribbl

I'm geting barely a dribble out...figure something is stuck. I stuck a wire hanger in there but it didnt go in far enough I think. thkx.

BTW - this weekend I'm pulling the drie off for some seal work. Maybe I can look for debris on the inside?
