"motor will start good,,keeps running ....lacks power when i turn the throttle. not enough to plane my 14' springbok. Boat was sitting since last year. Also the fuel ball from the tank is soft.Please help? thanks in advance"
 
Sounds like you may have some

Sounds like you may have some gummed up carbs. The bulb won't get hard when you pump it points to the carbs. If you pull the cover off and pump the bulb see which carb has the fuel coming out and that s the offending one. Needs to be cleaned.
