I have a old 73 Evinrude (

I have a old 73 Evinrude (model #9322) that will start up and then immediately die. It then won't start for several minutes then starts and dies again. Any suggestion on what the problem could be? Thanks.

Thanks jwbmarine. It will stay started if I keep spraying fuel into the carb.

The carb need to be cleaned out. There was tons of gunk in the bowl.
