"I just rebuilt my carb - 2bbl

"I just rebuilt my carb - 2bbl Holley, and I aslo replaced the float. When I went to start it for the first time, it ran for a few seconds and cut off. Then to come to find out that my carb. was majorly dumping fuel into my motor. Could it be the float/needle or the power valve leaking? Thanks for all the help!!!"

"If you didn't have any problems before, chances are that something went wrong during the rebuild/assembly process. My guess is either a misadjusted float level or a stuck needle valve."
