"Other than the exhaust and drive shaft bellows, is there any other way for 3-5 gallons of water per minute to leak through the transom. Yes the drain plug is in. Any help greatly appreciated."

From the back of my mind:

1) Rotted transom or hole in the transom;

2) Loose transom shield bolts.

3) Broken or disconnected suction water line.

4) Perforated exhaust Y-pipe.

5) Something else I haven't though of (this is many times the right answer)
