"No idea regarding which is the best place in the Buffalo NY area for AQ170 piston rings. But in my opinion, you should first measure the cylinders and, if OK, give them a light honing ant re-ring all pistons after making sure they are OK. And since you have opened the engine, you may want to install new bearings as well.

These guys are in Western Canada, but you may want to give them a call (they have a 1-800 number). I have dealt with them in the past and found them very helpful.
