"The last 2 times I took out my boat, I had the same problem. The boat fires up at the launch no problem. When I turn the boat off and try to restart,I blow the fuse that runs thru the main power/starter and power tilt. The power tilt does not blow the fuse, but when I turn the key, there is no click, just a blown fuse. (I did turn the boat over 20 times after replacing the fuse the first time).
The problem maybe related to when I did not attach a negative battery cable to one of the battery posts about a year ago.
I believe the problem has to be in the wiring. Has anybody come across this problem before? Is there a reputable electrical guy in the East Bay (SF Bay Area) that has experience and can figure out the problem I am having?
