"The boat starts fine. The alternator puts out 12.3V for about 3 min, when the engine is warms up, it increases to 14.4V and the RPMs drop and stalls. If I turn the lights on RPMs increaes to normal. I was told the alternator checks out fine. When warm, it starts and runs for a short time at idle. If I put it in gear, it runs but seems to have less power, and diesels when shut off"
