AQ 151 wont crank over

I have not started in over two

I have not started in over two months.
When I tried to start it just have faint click sound like selonoid. I put jumper cables too battery but it still did not crank.
I did make sure boat was in neuteral.

"assuming you have a fully charged battery. take a test light and probe the single wire at the solenod, while some one cranks it over, your light should come on. if not. check your starter relay. and also make sure you dont have a voltage drop on the main battery cable on the solenoid. just touch the test light to the main bsttery connection on the solenoid and have someone hit the key, does the light stay on? if so, head towards the starter relay."
 
My nephews boat is doing the s

My nephews boat is doing the same thing. There are 3 selonoids on top of the motor and the back one is the one that is clicking. Any ideas what to check???
