"engine wont start, seems that fuel not getting primed I disconnected the fuel filter housing,
squeezed bulb, fuel came out, there is fuel in all carb bowls, if I squirt fuel into carb(NOT starting fluid) it starts and runs well and stays running. what is the function of the hose
that runs from next to the fuel pump to the the carb area?what happens when one squeeze the priming bulb, where does the priming fuel go to and from where?

"The squeeze bulb fills the ca

"The squeeze bulb fills the carb float bowl(s)from the fuel tank through the fuel pump. When the bowl fills, the needle contacts the seat to stop the incoming fuel. At this point the bulb should become fairly stiff. A check valve should be stopping reverse fuel flow.
Does the bulb get stiff? If so, are you using the choke when you try to start?"
 
I found the problem thru trial

I found the problem thru trial and error
The choke plate is not closing enough
I adjusted the choke rod mech from the electric
choke
