"yuck. bummer...I be suspect of damage already to the pistons etc, caused by water in the oil. Water does not compress. I always am leary of liquid showing up where it isn't supposed to."

"Cracked block, head or exhaust manifold. 21 year old engine with water in the engine oil that has not run in two years is a signal to Run Like Hell. New drop-in engine is about $4,500+. Would not buy it sight unseen or w/o sea trial. Stringers and transom would need inspection for rot. Too many solid boats on the market to take a chance on this one. The market is flooded with used boats now; it will be inundated at the end of summer. Caveate Emptor!"

"Motor was supposedly new in 2000, Now has water in the oil? I wouldn't buy that boat due to the fact that it sounds very poorly taken care of. Two bad motors in 20 years and like Bondo said.... It's an OMC too. Good luck with that!"
