"I purchased this engine approximately 2 weeks ago brought the manual and rebuilt the carb and it runs fairly well. The problem with the engine is that when you give it full throttle, the cam that operates the throttle mechanism go in to a dip at the end of the railing. What I'm trying to say that the motor reves and hit the dip area and bogs down or is it some kind of govenor on the little motor? How can I get this little motor to it's full potential?"
