" i am looking for a good material to make some new exhaust flappers on my through hull exhaust. the ones that came on the boat were cut by hand and screwed on. i am missing one right now, and need a replacement pronto. floor mats? any ideas? how about it croozer, help me out with a good source for this. thanks. "
 
Ive used pieces of old convey

Ive used pieces of old conveyor belt or hard rubber. If the exhaust flange sticks out by the hull you are better off using factory setups. Kim

" Just go to West Marine and pick up a pair. They have assorted sizes to fit different size exhaust flanges. Part # 394181 - 3", #402695 - 4", #361966 - 5" or 6"
