model E30ECCE when running wide open motor goes into neutral. Need to know why?
 
Is the propeller hub slipping?

Is the propeller hub slipping?????? Put a punch mark on the hub and a punch mark on the prop part. Run the motor and inspect the marks.If the marks have moved the you need to invest in a rehub job or a new prop.
 
I think you may be having a fw

I think you may be having a fwd/rev shifter lever slipping..........do the same thing with punch marks on the shifter lever cam on the motor and the center shaft that it connects to and see if it moves at WOT. Let us know what you find!!
