23 sputters at full throttle when engine is hot

89 2.3 everything has just been replaced and gone over twice coil points and condensor carb rebuilt plugs wires and cap engine runs fine at low speed and when engine is cool as soon as it heats up full throttle it seems to sputter or miss

"It has a ball bearing and spring in it. When gummed up it starts to stick restricting fuel so you think it's a igniton, fuel pump or carb problem. First soak it in carb cleaner see if it improves and then replace for about $15. From what I read they should be replaced periodically anyway. Good luck let me know if it works. When I started diagnostics I started at the switch and worked backward. Replaced about everything. Wish I would have started at other end."
