Newly rebuilt Gray flathead 4. I am having trouble keeping the grease cap from vibrating off the water pump. This problem almost ruined the motor when it came off and allowed the pump to suck air instead of water. If almost any grease is in the cap the connection is so loose that it can easily back off the threads.
