"Rebuilding my 1985 Evinrude 150 Xflow and have it down to the block.I have a book (seloc) I purchased that says not to use anything but OMC Gel Seal to reseal up the crankcase.Can't find that locally and have already purchased gasket type sealer, a name brand type from automotive store.I am scared to use based entirely on what I think. What do you guys think?"
