hi looking for help at wits en

hi looking for help at wits end just brought this motor and runs at full power with cover off as soon as its replaced the engine slows ive made sure all the airways r clear i just dont no what to try next has any one had this prob could do with some help thanx steve

"In another section here, we just had a problem where the hood latch at the rear of the motor was partially grounding out one of the spark plug wires that was rubbed/chaffed.

Maybe worth a look..."

thanx graham i think ive fond the prob a blown exhaust suffercating the carb got to find out how to get the power unit off now many thanx

is there any one out there who could help me im trying to find out the age of my 7.5 engine the serial no is bf 1006316 if not would you no how i could find out. i need to remove the engine so i can replace the exhaust so i need some sought of workshop manual or could some one explain the procedure many thanx
