AQ271C crankshaft pulley removal

Does one need a pulley puller to remove this pulley or will it slide off when I remove the raw water pump and the center bolt?

The pulley comes out by hand when you remove the 3 allen screws holding the raw water pump in place. The center bolt is to secure the vibration damper in place.
