"This motor ran great last year. This year when I stop on the water and turn it off, it blows the 20 amp fuse. I replaced the fuse and it ran fine. I stopped again and the fuse blew. I replaced the fuse and it would turn over fine but wouldn't start. The only work that hase been done on it was the water pump was rebuilt as a precaution this spring as the overtemp horn would sound after running for a while last fall.
When the water pump was rebuilt, the report was that engine compression and everything that he checked seemed in spec."
