Oil coming out of water intake

I have a 1978 115 hp johnson

I have a 1978 115 hp johnson on my pontoon boat. I was doing some work on the boat and put the motor in the down position. When I went to the back I noticed what looks like motor oil dripping out of the water intakes. The lower unit was rebuilt in July. The oil was thin like motor oil not thick like you would think gear oil would be. what could this be?

" I believe all that is is oil/fuel that has not been burnt. Nothing to worry about unless it gets excessive. Check your fuel/oil mixture, should be 50/1. "
