not sure about the letter got it from the repair shop he said it was a B who knows he charged me $271 to put in 4 plugs clean 1 carb and put the exaust cover gasket on
 
i am having trouble with no su

i am having trouble with no suction on the 2 lower cylinders on a mariner 40 hp magnum. has good fire and the compression is 125 on all 4 cylinders. i do have some suction when i increase the RPMs.
